Metaphysics A-Z for Teens (Sat. July 10 @11)

From Astrology to Zazen, we will explore the Metaphysical world. Astrology, Clairvoyance, Channeling, Dreaming, Numerology, Oracle, Reiki and Zazen. Workshop includes a mini numerology reading and all materials.

Metaphysical I for Teens (Sat. July 17 @11)

Are you ready to be the subject of your own knowledge? We will dive deeper into clairvoyance, dreaming and meditation, Workshop includes practice doing readings, being read and creating a dream log. Workbook included.

Metaphysical II for Teens (Sat. July 24 @11)

Part II will focus on Dream Interpretation, Channeling, the Body-Mind Connection . We will interpret your dream log,
experience some channeling and learn how to apply body-mind connection knowledge. Metaphysical I required. All materials included.

This is a hands-on class that includes receiving reiki energy, an attunment and working with your intuitive abilities. Since the original method of reiki was channeled by Usui Sensei in 1922, its important we understand the intuitive process and well as the healing applications.

*Small class design to give you more direct instruction and to allow for questions. Class could be slightly shorter depending on number of students.

Chakra Balancing Guided Meditation

We have had many requests for guided meditation. Art and I would really like to support people in doing their practice independently. However, we too see the value of a guided meditation.

I’ve placed the meditation here, in black and white, on purpose. You will be directed to visulaize the color of your chakras and this is an interesting piece of the meditation. Please feel free to ask questions or comment about your experience below.
