My Life Path 37/10 has me creating, creating, creating- the 3 energy of creative expression and the drive of the 1 energy to be unique is flowing! As I come out of my 7 Personal Year, I honor myself by starting meditation groups! Yes, plural.
You can participate via Zoom or attend in Paso Robles on Wednesday or Atascadero on Thursday.
DETAILS: Class would be divided into two sit times. The first would be 10 minutes or less and the second sit would vary. Sharing your experience will be encouraged when time allows. The aim would be to provide different approaches to each sit. Using guided meditation, sound bowls, body positions, essential oils .... to name a few, to provide you with many meditation experiences. If you feel "I can't meditate!" this is the place for you!
COST: We'd like to provide this for free to our clients and by donation ($5-$10) to walk-ins. Pay here with a credit card.
